Treatment and eligibility
Any treatment, test, or prescription is offered only after a licensed provider reviews your health history and decides it's appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies for every treatment. We work with adults 21 and older.
Where we provide care
Our providers are licensed in New York and Connecticut. Patients in those states can do every visit by telehealth. Patients in other states need an in-person visit at our Scarsdale office to establish care, then an in-person visit each year.
Results vary
Your results depend on your health history, diagnosis, treatment plan, and how closely you follow it. Patient stories and survey results on this site describe individual experiences. They are not a promise or prediction of your results.
Compounded medications
Some medications a provider may prescribe are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Dietary supplements
Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk with your provider before starting a supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or take medication.
Testing
Lab and diagnostic tests give your provider information to use alongside your history and exam. No test can rule out every condition.
